Return Refund Policy

We guarantee our products to be free of defects in materials, craftsmanship, and order accuracy. We will replace any product that fails to meet our strict quality standards. We reserve the right to request a return with photographic and pack-opening video proof of the defective product to verify that such product is defective and eligible for a replacement under this guarantee.

How do I request a reprint, replace, or repair?
At Canvas Lite, customer satisfaction is paramount. If you discover any defects or damage in our prints, we are committed to rectifying them for you. This covers any manufacturer’s defects, like loose canvas, lites, scratches, or fading. In such cases, we will reprint, replace, or repair your canvas print at no additional cost. If you are delivered the wrong item other than the one you ordered, then you will have to return it to us, and we will immediately dispatch the right product as ordered, with a gift voucher or special offer in some cases.

What should I provide to claim a reprint, repair, or return?
To expedite the reprint or refund process, kindly provide a digital image and “opening video” of the product to ensure it was found defective or damaged when the courier arrived and opened.” A digital image and video should showcase the damage or defect, accompanied by a detailed description of the issue.

We will not accept the return or replacement request if the mentioned digital image and opening video are not available. For any further assistance, please reach out to us at admin@canvaslite.com

Returns Procedure: Customers are required to email pictures and opening videos of the product to admin@canvaslite.com. Our team will review the images and video as soon as possible, and if a manufacturing defect is confirmed, a return authorization number will be issued for the return of the products.

Returns Window: Customers have a 30-day window from the receipt of their order to initiate a return.

How many days does it take to process a return?
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the date of your request to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

How many days is the return/repair policy valid?
Our return policy is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of your purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since you received your item, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide a reprint, repair, or return. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, as well as in the original packaging with all original tags and labels attached.

Return Process
To return an item, please email customer service at admin@canvaslite.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address:

Can I cancel my order?
All items in our store are custom-made for you. Once your order has been placed, it goes into production. We have already manifested your order. For this reason, we cannot cancel your order after it has been placed.

Sale items are final and cannot be cancelled in any way.

There are exceptions in certain cases of return if the opening video or photo is not submitted. The final decision will entirely depend on the company.
